This link redirects me back to the iBBS.... over and over again  If this is about NetShare, Terry's blog covers that. But it looks like AT&T is forcing Apple to de-activate the App when you sync the iPhone.

The URL is fixed. It is Netshare, but it sounds like there were multiple problems with using it. This article claims to fix the problems.
