If you ever come across a PDF form that allows you to fill it out and print it but not save it fear not, you can still save an electronic version of the PDF with all of your info still filled out. In the print menu select "Save PDF as Postscript" this will save the file as a Postscript file (filename.ps). Double click on this file and the application "Preview" which comes with OSX will convert the Postscript file to a PDF with all of your info already filled out.
