When you bring up Dashboard it goes out over the internet and updates the Widgets you have open. However, sometimes you may want to update a single widget to get the most current info.

Here's a cool way to do it:
1) Bring up Dashboard

2) select the Widget you want to refresh by simply clicking on it.

3) Press Command-R on the keyboard. You'll even get a cool animation while it's refreshing
