I've created a calendar in InDesign CS using a table. Can comments be added using Acrobat Reader? If so, how? Using Acrobat Pro 6.0 I have no problem adding comments, but it is for others to do so also.
Would upgrading to CS3 or CS4 be any better in this regard? Thanks for any help. Jamie |

"Acrobat Reader"
You are showing your age. Only us 'old heads' use this term. I occasionally call it that myself. Yes, you can enable the markup capabilities in Reader, so that anyone can add comments to a PDF using Reader, but not from InDesign. This capability is added from within Acrobat. I can't remember back to Acrobat 6, but the command for enabling this in Acrobat 9 is here: Comments menu > Enable for Comments and Analysis in Reader... |

I think you need to be on Acrobat Pro 7 or above to Enable Comments for Reader (which also must be at 7 or above to comment).

Thanks Chita and Jack.
Chita, I am getting older, but it is better than the alternative. Couldn't find the menu you mentioned in 6. Jack, I think you are correct. I suggested that they upgrade to Acrobat 9 and InDesign (using CS) as well since they plan on using it more in the future. Thanks again, Jamie |
