I have 2 documents that were created in InDesign CS3. I want to view the hidden characters (Type menu - Show/Hide Hidden Characters). One document shows all the hidden characters, the other document won't show them. Does anyone know why?

Is the 'other' document in Preview mode?

 Thank you very much, that was the problem. The document that would not show hidden characters was in preview mode. |
