Sometimes, when I open a photo I have been working on, the cursor seems to disappear and go behind the picture and I can't work on it. It reappears when I move the cursor next to the picture. This has occurred in several saved formats including psd, jpeg, and tiff. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks.

I've run into that, too. When it happens, sometimes just closing and then reopening the document fixes it. Sometimes I have to relaunch the program. I've never been able to figure what does it. Gremlins, I guess. But if anyone does know what causes it, I'd love to hear the answer.

Rhonda, what program are you using to open the photo? Bridge, photoshop, file browser, or. whatever?

James, sometimes photoshop and sometimes bridge. One time, safari was open and I closed it and then it worked.
