I just received my Photoshop Elements 6 and it seemed to install OK (it took a long time). But I can not register it. I keep getting a box that says it can not connect to Adobe, and to check if the browser is on (it is) and that java is turned on (it is). I have tried both Safari and Firefox. Is anyone else having this problem?

Is the machine connected to the internet. Can you get to Google, for example?

I had no problems installing my version of PSE6. It installed quickly and on starting the program for the first time took me right to the registration process page.
