Whats the deal with Scott Kelby's "Down and Dirty photoshop tricks"?

I love these books and use the great ideas in them all the time. I have the one for photoshop 7 and for the first version of CS and I'd like to buy the CS2 and CS3. The books have suddenly disappeared from the planet. There is no mention on the ScottKelbybooks.com site, searching the web says that the CS2 publish date is sept 2005, but that its not yet published.

Borders and Barnes and Nobles (where I bought my previous books) no longer carry any of them and all web searches lead to foreign web sites translated into English. I cant even find a copy on ebay!

Were these books banned in the US? Was there a book burning I'm unaware of? Did these books get just a little too down and dirty (and am I in any trouble for using the tips?)

Perhaps someone with some inside personal knowledge of Scott Kelby's secret agenda can tell me if these books are still (or were ever) available and how to get them?
