If anyone cares to join us, the Ford Photo Club will begin a photo restoration project this month using Adobe PhotoShop. This is a group learning experience. Bring a 1GB flash drive if you care to participate.

The Ford Photo Club meets Thursday, August 16, in Allen Park. Pizza & pop is served at 5pm ($3). The meeting begins at 5:30 pm. See the attachment for a map to the meeting.

We are going to try to restore a colorized black & white photo from the 1920's. This will require stitching high res images together, repairing the damage, and then obtaining prints. Final prints will be obtained by two methods, most likely:

• A color silver halide print from Ford Photo Media's LightJet printer.
  
• A hand colored version of a black & white print. An expert colorist will show us that method at a future meeting.
