Hi Guys and Gals,
We'll be doing our next Photo Walk on Saturday, August 23rd! The location hasn't been locked in stone just yet (Detroit Riverwalk is currently on the table, but not definite): Check out Scott's blog post and quick video on the event! It's limited to 50 people per city, so sign up today! ---- You can never go wrong by doing the right thing. 4 out of 3 people have trouble with fractions. There are three kinds of people, those who are good at math and those who aren't. There are two kinds of computer users: those who have lost data and those who are about to — backup your Mac! |

Just a thought...
Combining the Riverwalk (if comfirmed, and since we'd be right in the vicinity) with the Belle Isle Conservatory. There are some beautiful plants there. |

Terry,
I tried to sign up...but I don't think it went through. Said my "email was in use". Strange, I'm the only one that should be using it. Anyway, I can't see if I'm on the list. Can you check? If I'm not, can you bust me out so I can try to register again? Thanks! Thom |

To sign up...
Terry's link above > Click on "Here's the link to the site" > Select the City > Photo Walk Sign Up There was an update earlier, the server was overloaded from the responses and kept going down. This message has been edited. Last edited by: CHunter, |

There were issues with NAPP members being already in their system. If you're still having problems registering, send me an email and I will forward it to their web guy to get you in.

How do you know if your registration was accepted?

They send you an email confirming it and asking you to click a link. This prevents auto-bots from registering. I had problems with them accepting my .mac email address but not with my Comcast one. Seems odd but it worked

Odd...Dave,
Site took my .Mac address and registered me right away... BUT, that was before the servers went down. |

I've updated the Photowalk page with new details!

Terry,
Several weeks ago I completed and sent an Application for the Photowalk but have not received a confirmation. Am I in or am I out? Bill Wilson |

I did not receive a confirmation email either. When I went back to the site a few days ago, Detroit did not show, so I assumed it was beyond the 50 and I was too late. A "sorry" email would have been nice though.

Bill and Jamie, I don't see your names on the roster. So technically you are not registered. However, we'll be in a public setting so there is nothing stopping you from joining us. Your shots just won't be entered into the contest. So come down and join us. It should be fun.
