Macprofessionals, Inc., Michigan’s leading Authorized Apple Training Center seeks a Certified Trainer for Apple Pro Application – Final Cut Pro training classes.

Candidate should have current certifications in any of the Apple Pro Apps, Final Cut Pro especially, and be willing to travel. Trainer certification is preferred but is negotiable. Existing certifications must be up-to-date with latest application version. Personal communication and organization skills should be strong and experience in instructing groups is also important.


Responsibilities:
Maintain training lab environment/systems.
Develop training class rosters and course schedules.
Prepare and present training materials through lecture, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
Recommend curriculum modifications or enhancements to training manager.
Develop evaluation process of curriculum or training on the basis of internal customer feedback and/or quality results.
Assess student performance. Coach, deliver feedback and monitor student progress toward performance standards during training sessions.
Deliver performance information to manager at training completion .
Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures.
Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum, policies and procedures.


Skills
Field experience with specific technologies covered in classes is preferred.

Communication Skills
Ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written to a group is a must.
