One of the projects our funeral home must do every year is a big Marketing BOOK recording everything. I've been in charge of this for the last few years. Because we are part of a corporation of funeral homes in the state, I need to stay in touch with the other FH's to exchange info and pictures. We've tried to meet on a regular basis, but sometimes work changes things every day.
Would someone know of a way we could stay in touch on the web, exchange pictures and info with each other? We would all need access to it when ever we had a spare minute.
It would need to be simple and easy as we are funeral home people, not designers. LOL
Any thoughts? FREE would make the GM very happy.
Dropbox has a "Team" feature for workplace collaboration with project file and info exchange.
If you want LOTS of ideas (and maybe some confusing options) look up "cloud collaboration" on the internet.
Hightail.com promotes this capability, but personally haven't used it. Also, check on costs.

another option might be setting up a PRIVATE Group on Facebook.
