How do I take a picture of my computer screen to include in my question to you? (I forgot how to do this.)

Command-shift-3 will take a picture of the entire screen. Command-shift-4 will let you draw pic box around what you want to capture.

Then how do you get that captured picture to show up here? Clicking Add Attachment? And then find the png you took? I just did that and will see if that produced the result.
