MG meeting, Sat. 9/12:
A gentleman asked about connecting an Appletalk printer, now that (apparently) Appletalk is no longer supported by Snow Leopard.

Jim Cutler referred him to me ("the lady in the front row" !!!!) for a parallel to USB cable. If the printer has a parallel port, it might work.

Yes, I do still have the cable. It came with PowerPrint some years ago. Happy to give it to the person who asked, but didn't get contact info. If anyone knows who it is, reply to this post.

And I have one I bought and used to connect to my HP 4ML printer. It connects straight to USB and then to the Parallel port on the printer. PowerPrint was not needed. I am dpointer at mac dot com.
