I followed Terry's instructions on RSS feeds on the bookmark bar.. The RSS doesn't show the new entries but if I open the site it downloads the new items...anything I did wrong?

The menu bar updates periodically. So it is possible that you could go to a site and see new articles without the count being updated first.
What I do is bring up my RSS page and then hit Refresh which causes Safari to go look at all the feeds right then and there and then it updates the counts. Sometimes I have to hit refresh a couple of times. ---- You can never go wrong by doing the right thing. 4 out of 3 people have trouble with fractions. There are three kinds of people, those who are good at math and those who aren't. There are two kinds of computer users: those who have lost data and those who are about to — backup your Mac! |
