I am able to capture one-half hour radio show from the internet into iTunes as MP3 format, but it comes thru as one track with lots of songs. I want to pick and choose and only make into a CD the songs I want. Does anyone know how to take the songs on one track and capture them as individual tunes?

Import the audio file into iMovie, cut and fade the audio where you like.

Select a segment, export using quictime to aiff.

select the portions
copy
paste in new QT player
"Save As..." or "Export To...".
