Fun! Our personal encounter with sheep all over the place was in southwestern Colorado. Driving along and there they were all over the road - hundreds (?thousands?) being herded to new grazing land. They were running every which way, getting hung up on the roadside barrier, - easy to see why they need shepherds & dogs. We sat and waited, and waited, and W-A-I-T-E-D, when finally a local rancher passed us in his truck full speed ahead, horn blowing, and plowed right through them all. So that's how you do it!
