Hi All,
I've just purchased from Target the new 16GB Nano, but for the 2 days of using the radio feature, the battery only lasts about 2 -3 hours. Is this normal for a radio to suck the life out of it, or is it time to return it. |

One test you could try to see if the battery is operating normally is to play your music for a few hours to see how long it lasts. If it lasts the advertised time (check Apple's website), then it would probably be fair to say that the radio is a big battery drain. If it doesn't last more than 2-3 hours playing your own music, then I'd take it in.

Since this is a very new product, you should call Apple and ask what the expected battery life should be. You only just bought it.
