I am trying to make a picture book for someone using my new Mac Book Pro usung iphoto. I have only a few print photos and was given video/DVD to see if I could get photos off that. What I need to do is capture still images off the video. I was given permission to do so.
At my One-to-One class I asked the expert if he knew if it could be done. He suggested I download Handbrake and VLC, this would convert video, and then I could get photos. But I’m still stumped as to how to do it. It was suggested I open in QuickTime and save an image there. They are very blurry, what am I doing wrong? |

Suzy:
What is the DVD format, (do you know)? How long is the movie? If you want to make arrangements to come over to Oak Park I would be able to help you with capturing (exporting) the still images you need. You must remember that when making this type of export that the resolution is going to be 640 x 480 or 720 x 480 resolution. you will not be making 8.5 x 11 prints. Let me know Brian Stone 2.4.8.5.4.6.9.3.3.9 |
