Is it just me, but I much prefer editing videos in iMovie 6 rather than iMovie 8. It is so much easier and I have a greater variety of themes.

I'm the same way. I use iMovie 6 with a couple of GeoThree apps. I was listening to Leo Laporte and he talked about a movement app called Magnet to blur moving images or replace/add images to your movie.
