I am confused. On my podcasts, I remember that there was a slider that i could review the podcast . Now there are arrows which don't allow me the control that I had in the past.

Well, I still have the slider with podcasts I have download. If you talking about a slider when playing them from the iTunes store then your 100% correct. There is no slider now when I stream them directly from the store. Rats!
