Is anyone familiar with Elgato Video Capture?
The specs say you can transfer video from a VCR to the MAC to watch in iTunes,on the iPod or in QT., or if need be, you can edit in iMovie. Nowhere does it say you can 'burn' it to a dvd. Is it just understood that if you have "Toast" those old wedding movies on tape can be copied to a dvd?

Thanks!

Once you have the video captured there should not be anything holding you back from burning your video to CD/DVD. If it is in iMovie you can then output and burn in iDVD.

Thank you!
By the way, is Elgado Video Capture the best product for the $100 price tag?

Sorry I cannot answer that. I use other hardware and software. Maybe there is an owner out there who can help with that question.
