Details are missing. Brand of lens and what mount is it: Nikon, Canon?

sorry, it's a Canon EF so it will work on any of the Canon EOS systems.

On any of the full frame sensors it will be a true 100-300 and on any other Canon digitals it will be a 160mm-480mm.

Naturally it works with any regular slr by canon that has the EF mount system.

It has the USM (ultra sonic motor) you can barely if at all hear it focusing.
quality and build is very good, and when you hold it, it feels it and is a Made in japan lens.
