In the December 16th meeting it was discussed how Apple is phasing out 32-bit apps.
So what does this mean to you? Mojave is expected to be the very last MacOS that you
will be able to run some of “those older favorite programs.”
How can you find out what programs on your Mac are 32bit?
Go to About this Mac > System Report > from sidebar > Software > Applications
64-bit Intel column > Yes/No.
Yes indicates 64-bit
For more info see this Apple support article:
32-bit App Compatibility with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later
Thanks, Chita, for this valuable info.
