I haven't had the need to use Klix photo recovery program until now, and although the program launched and showed the thumb nail views of my missing photos the program crashed just before the finalization process. Although I couldn't say enough good things about the tech help, it turns out it's an issue with snow leopard, so heads up if you need to do any photo recovery. It worked fine on our other computer running Leopard, which I thankfully hadn't upgraded yet.
