In the upcoming months, Apple will be launching a new service aimed towards Higher Ed. institutions and Apple's iTunes Music Store.

The new service dubbed "iTunes University" has already been piloted at a number of Universities like Duke, Univ. of Missouri, Univ. of Michigan, and Stanford. The service is said to enable university faculty members to post their Podcast's and have them accessible to students via the Apple iTunes Store. Apple's iTunes Music store will interact with each of universities authentication system to protect content.
