Hi all,
Anyone know of a way to get the H.264 content from a Flash file without re-compressing with H.264?

I have a few music videos I got off the web with pretty good video quality and small file sizes. There is a noticeable degradation when exporting (re-compressing) as H.264 in QT. Just changing the extension doesn't seem to work. I want to be able to use them in iPods and iTunes without Perian while maintaining the original small file size.

Flash Video and H.264 video are two DIFFERENT Codecs. Although Flash Player can playback H.264 videos, they are not the same thing. So the only way to keep the quality you want is to export out from the original source movie.
