I am also interested in physical meetings of Digital Video SIG, especially beginnner tips.

Ask Michele to have a physical meeting at the next MGD meeting starting at 2pm.

I have been working behind the scenes to get someone to speak or give us a tour as have Chuck and Hal with no luck. Give me some ideas and I promise to follow up! I haven't given up - yet!

Canon and Nikon will not speak to us via any forum - not even an Internet web meeting.

Any thought to another digital video film fest?

However I would like the contest locked down tighter to the Mac.

1) Must be created this year.

2) Must be edited on a Mac - Your choice of software

3) Must have 80% original content

4) 5 minutes or under in lenght

Any feelings on this idea?

I might cut the length down to 3 minutes.
