I need to get an appraisal on my camera and photography equipment for insurance purposes. Does anyone have suggestions on where I could get this done?

Probably proof of purchase and a photo of the camera showing its condition would be adequate for the insurance company? I'm not sure what they would consider replacement cost - the cost of a new equivalent, or the cost of an exact replacement from eBay.
