Well, MS and Yahoo alone are losing to Google, no reason think that by somehow combining two companies with losing strategies they will somehow be able to beat Google. Both were around *before* Google ever showed up, so it's not like they started out behind.

I can't believe that Yahoo has/had 14,300 employees !!!
