Does anyone have the USB connector that plugs into the PC connector on the Palm connector plug, so you can plug it in to USB? I can't find mine. Perhaps someone has an old one lying around. I think it was called the Mac Connection Kit.I had thought I had lost my Palm, but it just surfaced and I'd like to be able to sync it to my Powerbook. It works fine. I don't want or need a newer Palm.

Donna- I have the cord that goes from the bottom of the "E2" Palm to USB if that's what you are looking for. I don't use it bcause I sync with Bluetooth. Let me know.

Donna, is the Palm end a small USB plug or a three-condition mini plug?

I'm not sure of it is the same connector. I cannot come to the October MacGroup meeting as I have to be out of town. However, I plan to make the November meeting. Perhaps you could bring it. I am in Ann Arbor.

Actually I see that I don't have the short cable either. I do have the cradle though. On the end of the cradle is a PC connector that is trapezoidal with 9 holes in it. I need something that plugs in to that and has USB on the other end. OR I need the 2-part cable that plugs directly in to the Palm III or VII bottom and goes to USB on the other end.

I may have what you need. I'll bring whatever I have from earlier Palm models.

Makes my Dad's advice justifiable: "Don't never throw nuthin' away - ya never know when it will come in handy".

The trapezoid with nine holes signifies that you have a cradle that connect to a PC comm port. This would be a serial connector.
