I have an EDGE Black iPhone, 8gig availble. It's in AWESOME condition. The screen has a got a scratch-proof coating (http://www.bodyguardz.com/) since day-one!. Additionally, the phone has been in a Griffin case since day-one! I have the original box, power adapter, USB cord, and iPhone hints guide. I also have an unopened Apple-logo'd cleaning cloth. I don't have the iPhone headphones as those were washed.

The phone works great and is not under any contact at this time.

Since this is the EDGE phone, it's much easier to jailbreak or unlock (no approved/supported by Apple). And since you're buying this phone outright, there is no need to sign any CONTRACT with ATT. Plus the EDGE phone is only $20/month for the iphone service, not $30/month like the 3G.
