It's not an iSight, but going on right now at Amazon's Lightning deals is a Macally USB Video Web Cam for $19.99. Sale started at 9am ends at 1pm or when they sell out. 22% claimed as of 11am

But the iSight is Firewire, focuses and has a really good lens.

Since the iSight has not been available for number of years, USB webcams are the only choice. Used iSight camera sell between $175-250 on eBay regularly. I have never sold one for less than $200.
